Loughgall Youth FC would like to wish all players, parents, managers, coaches, committee members, sponsors and supporters a happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

Loughgall Youth FC u10s are currently recruiting players with the aim of strengthening their current squads.  We are looking for players born in 2002 or 2003 who have the desire & ability to play at a high level in youth football.

We currently have one under 10 team competing each week in the George Best u10 league and another in the Mid Ulster u10 Mini Soccer League.  The plan is to take the current GBL team into the u11 Lisburn League in September 2012 with the 2nd team being entered into the Mid Ulster u11 League.  We are looking for goalkeepers & outfield players and quality coaching by IFA qualified coaches will be given. Recently a quality goalkeeping coach has been added to the coaching staff and he will be coaching all new & current goalkeepers.

Over the next few weeks friendly 11aside matches will arranged and all new players will get the chance to play with the current squad of players.

Loughgall held a Child Protection course on 9th Novemeber.  This course was ran by Jim Gratton, the Child Wellfare Officer from the Irish Football Association.  The course was attended by 12 coaches and gave existing coaches the opportunity to renew their child protection and gave new coaches the opportunity to be made aware of child protection proceedures.

Shaun Loughlin, General Manager of Bailey Waste Recycling presents Albert Mulligan of Loughgall Youth Under 11′s with 2 home and 1 away kits which are kindly sponsored by Bailey Waste Recycling and bearing their logo. Bailey Waste Recycling has also kindly sponsored some training equipment for the Under 11s.
